1Services

QuoteWeld creates custom instant-estimate calculators and related lead-generation tools for service businesses.

Each calculator is customized using information supplied by the Client, which may include branding, services, pricing rules, minimum charges, add-ons, contact information, and other business details.

2Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard Custom Instant Estimate Calculator is $299, in the currency stated on the invoice.

Clients may pay either:

• $299 in full before work begins, or
• $150 to begin work and $149 before final launch or delivery.

For two-part payments, both payments relate to the same $299 project.

Work begins after the required initial payment has been received.

3Client Information

The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information needed to build the calculator.

QuoteWeld is not responsible for incorrect estimates or other issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated pricing, services, or other information supplied by the Client.

4Estimates

Prices produced by QuoteWeld calculators are estimates only.

The Client remains responsible for determining the final price charged to its customers. Actual prices may vary based on inspections, measurements, job conditions, additional work, or other factors.

5Revisions

Each project includes two revision rounds.

A revision round means one collected set of requested changes submitted after reviewing a version of the calculator.

Additional revisions, significant redesigns, new features, or work outside the original project scope may require an additional fee.

6Cancellations and Refunds

Before custom work begins, a Client may request cancellation.

Once QuoteWeld begins custom work using the Client’s information, the initial payment becomes non-refundable.

If QuoteWeld is unable to complete the agreed service for reasons within our control, an appropriate refund may be issued for work not completed.

7Final Payment and Delivery

If the Client selects the two-part payment option, the remaining $149 balance must be paid before final launch or delivery.

QuoteWeld may withhold final deployment, transfer, or production access until all outstanding amounts are paid.

8Hosting, Maintenance and Future Changes

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the project price does not include unlimited future changes, maintenance, redesigns, new integrations, or additional functionality.

Future changes may be quoted separately.

If ongoing hosting or another recurring service is offered, any related fees will be disclosed before the Client agrees to them.

9Third-Party Services

QuoteWeld may use third-party platforms such as Netlify, domain providers, email providers, payment processors, or other technology services.

QuoteWeld is not responsible for outages, interruptions, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party providers outside our control.

10No Guarantee of Results

QuoteWeld does not guarantee any specific number of leads, customers, sales, conversions, or revenue.

Results depend on factors including the Client’s website traffic, marketing, pricing, reputation, services, location, and follow-up process.

11Ownership

After full payment, the Client may use the customized calculator for its own business.

The Client retains ownership of its own trademarks, logos, photographs, and business materials.

QuoteWeld retains ownership of its reusable templates, underlying systems, general code, methods, and other materials that are not unique to the Client.

12Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuoteWeld is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, inaccurate customer quotations, or other consequential business losses resulting from use of the service.

QuoteWeld’s total liability relating to a project will not exceed the amount actually paid to QuoteWeld for that project.

13Privacy

Information submitted to QuoteWeld will be used to provide and support our services.

Clients are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and marketing laws when collecting or using customer information through their calculator.

QuoteWeld does not intentionally sell Client lead information to third parties.

14Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

15Acceptance

By paying a QuoteWeld invoice or authorizing QuoteWeld to begin work, the Client confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
